This is a poem I wrote. I'm pretty pleased with it.

Writing and Life (What they have in common)

Writing
Pencils press against the paper,
leaving thin black lines.
Storys begin to unfold,
solving magical mysteries.
The authors mind is blank,
sufforing from writers block.
Characters take off,
With minds of their own.
Hands fly,
weaving plots of the finest silk.
Words are lost,
opening new mysteries.
God watches, waits, and writes,
the most important story of all.

Pondering...Blogging...Reviewing

Yesterday I was looking through my bible and came across Psalm 139. I love the whole verse but one really stuck out to me:

Psalm 139:9-10
If I ride the wings of morning,
if I dwell by the farthest oceans,
even there you hand will guide me,
and your strength will support me.

It's amazing that God, the one and only Creator, is always watching each and every one of us. Even though there are billions of other people in the world, he is watching carfully over me, and you, and your family, and your friends, etc. If I dwelled by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me. It's just so amazing, how God is always taking care of us. He's guiding us along the rocky path of life. It just really strikes me.

Hmmm........time for the reviewing.

I've only had this blog for...three months now. I have 1, 2, 3,...6 followers, 61, now 62 posts, and quite a few comments. Pretty good for a start. But I feel like it's getting old.

I need somthing exiting to happen. I feel like I need some change. Do need a blog make over? (I think I know the answer to that one.) Should I change my name? Scezzle is sorta weird... And if I changed my name then I'd have to change the name of my blog... hmmm. HMMM. *deep sigh*

Himor: *deep sigh*
Scezzle: *startled* Agh!
Kaushe: Forgot about us, didn't you?
Scezzle: *Blushes shamefully* Sry.
Lez: *Walks out of the shadows* Finally comeing to your senses?
Scezzle: *Turns even deeper red* SRY.
Mimor: Missed you!
Scezzle: I guess I sorta missed you too.
Mimor: *frowns, hurt* Sorta? You guess?
Scezzle: *mutters* Me and my big mouth.
Himor: Well I didn't miss you one bit!
Scezzle: *Looks hurt*
Kaushe: Yes you did! You were sniffling in the corner until now!
Himor: Was not!
Kaushe: Yes you were!
Himor: No a wusant!
Kaushe: YES YOU WERE!
Scezzle: *'nother deep sigh* Will you two ever quit it?
Kaushe and Himor: Nope!
Scezzle: Well I suppose I did ask for some action. This is what I get--a fight.
Mimor: *hugs Scezzle* And you get us!
Scezzle: *hugs back* I suppose I do.
Mimor: *frowns jokingly* You suppose?
Scezzle: *VERY deep sigh*

Contest is not over yet!

Maddy just reminded me that the Creativity Contests deadline is today. (Or was it tomorrow?) Any way, The contest is not over yet! I only have two different people that entered for the pet pic contest and one for the drawing contest. The contest isn't over until I get enough enterys!
I need enterys!
Reminder: You can enter as many pics as you want!

Junior Youth

Yesterday was SO fun!
Maddy, you should've come!
It was games night at my junior youth. We met in the gym and played a few games for a while, then we went to the youth room.
One of the leaders was dressed up as Princess Leah (From Star Wars). We were about to play an AWESOME game!
So, the story was that we were all on ships and the were destroyed. We were the only survivors. Princess Leah's ship had also been destroyed and she had another ship but it needed a big batterie. We had to get the coins to buy it.
So we split up into two groups. Each person had 5 coins to start. By tagging a person from the opposite side, they'd have to give you one of their coins and you'd have to give them a four second get away. But, (Here's the fun part) the leaders were clone troopers (Or was it STORM troopers?) and they could catch you and take you to jail. BTW, (Here's an even better part) ALL THE LIGHTS ARE OFF. So awesome! Each team gets a different color glow stick. (In our game we had green vs yellow)
It was SO fun. One time I was running away from one leader, I ran in circles in the sanctuary. I was FINALLY getting away from her and another leader popped out of NOWHERE and tagged me. I freaked out. He scared me half to death.
Another time, I walked into the old sanctuary and I saw one boy from my team. He's like "Quick, get over here!" So I run over and crouch down beside him and he tells me that there's a person from the opposite team in the room nearby. So we wait, finally she tip toes out and we jump out. She screamed, It was so funny.

I'll never forget that night. *Content sigh*

I'm blogging (Wow, like, big news huh?)

Okay, I haven't blogged for...four days. And my last one was just a small up-date.

So, do you girls like my contest? (I'm waiting for more enteries...=)

By the way I'd like to thank Shimmer the Cat for following my blog! (Hey, when you only have 6 followers every follower counts!) BTW, did some one tell you about this blog or did you just happen to stumble upon my small, random, abode? :) (I'm in the middle of a contest, so if one of my followers sent you, they get a point.)

The day after I was at Maddy's I had the itch again. It was terrible! My mom thinks it was either dry skin or an allergic reaction. To what? I'm 12 and all of a sudden I'm allergic to something? I couldn't think of what it could be. Any way, now it's gone.

I started writing that story I was talking about! Here it is:

(It doesn't have a name yet)

Milo
I walked happily down the sidewalk, my tail waving proudly in the air. Children shopping with their parents pointed at me as I strutted down the busy street.
Most cats didn't like the city and preferred to stay deep in the woods of the nearby park, but I was an exception. I didn't mind a little noise. Truthfully, I liked humans. I wasn't one who liked to be alone.
"Hey! Milo!" Truett, one of my best friends, hissed from under a bus stop bench. "Get over here!" I sighed and with a roll of my eyes I trotted over.
"What?" I asked coolly, lowering my head to the height of the dwarfed Russian Blue's nose.
"What are you doing here?" He hissed again. I was surprised at the little kitten. Usually he was the one taking the risks.
"Taking a walk. What does it look like?" I laughed a little and pushed him over.
"Don't you know it's dangerous? The Elder Cat is always telling us not to walk out in the open with the humans. We could-" He scrambled to his feet. "Look out!"
Before I could turn around, strong hands gripped firmly around my belly. I let out a terrified mew as a man carried me to a truck and shoved me into a crate. I heard him slam the door and start the engine. I tried to hold onto the slippery plastic floor as I was carried away and shuddered as the truck sped along the street.

AutumnBeep! Beep!
The loud alarm of my clock echoed in my ears.
"Great." I muttered as I punched the' sleep' button. "It's Saturday and I forgot to turn off the alarm"
I slipped out of bed and walked on my tip toes to the kitchen. My mom said that I was like a cat, walking like that. My dad said it was disrespectful. My friends said it was a teen thing. I didn't even know why I did it.
I grabbed a sandwich from the table and hurried to the basement. "Don't crumble on the floor!" My mom called after me.
"I wont!" I called back. "Me and Chico are going for a walk!" I grabbed my dogs leash. "Come on Chico!" As I looked over at my silly beagle I wondered why he didn't come running to me like he usually did.
"Come on, lets go." I walked over to him, lying on his bed. "We haven't got all day." Suddenly my heart shattered into a million pieces. I bent down beside his limp body. "Chico." I ruffled his soft fur. I laid my hand on his still chest. A large tear rolled down my cheek. "Oh, Chico." I whispered and hugged my best friend around the neck. I pressed my face into his fur.
"Autumn, I thought you were-oh, Honey." My mom took me in her arms and I cried. Me and Chico had been friends as long as I could remember. Now he was gone.

TruettI watched in horror as Milo was carried away. My heart beat didn't slow down as I hurried to the forest, my home. I burst into the clearing were the rest of the Forest Clan were. Heads turned as I stumbled over to the Elder Cat. I rested and caught my breath as he looked at me, seemingly amused. His normal expression. His men stared right through me.
"Speak." Elder Cat said, lifting his head high and pushing back his shoulders.
"Milo," I gasped. "She, got taken."
I heard gasps of surprise and terror as the news soaked in. Hunters dropped their catches and kittens stopped their play. Mothers automatically trotted over to shield their babies. Elder Cat's proud expression melted away. Then he just grunted and turned his back on me.
"Well-aren't we going to do any thing?" I asked, concerned for my friend.
Elder turned and looked at me. I thought I saw a twinkle of admiration as he smiled soberly.
"There's nothing we can do." With that he walked off into the thicket. His two men followed.
I stared after them. Anger filled my heart, but I knew he was right. There was nothing we could do. I might never see Milo again.

MiloI shivered and pressed farther back into my cage. For the first time in my life I felt truly afraid. I had heard of cats going to the pound, but never dreamed that I would be one of them. Many cats that 'got taken' were never seen again. I had heard many stories of those that had been taken, many died, others went to terrible homes, many were never heard of.
Some were fortunate enough to return home, some dying only days later. Some had survived though. I hoped I was one of them.
I had new smells. A new surrounding. But my curiosity had deserted me. I no longer wanted to strut around. I didn't want to explore. I just wanted to go home.

Seth"Milo?" I asked, frantic. Milo had got taken? But how? "Are you sure it was Milo?"
"No, Bucky." Truett rolled his eyes. But I could tell he was worried. "Of course Milo. That's what I said, that's who I talked to."
I paced as I turned the news over in my head. Milo, my best friend in the whole world, was gone. I wished I knew what I could do, I wished I could help her. But I didn't know where to start. I didn't even know where the pound was. I sighed in frustration and worry.
"Well, what did Elder say?" I said turning to face him.
"Well..." He shifted his weight from one set of paws to the other.
"What?" I demanded.
Truett paused. "There's nothing we can do."
I stared in disbelief at my friend. Sadly I returned to my home sheltered in the grass.

AutumnI walked quietly down the school hallways. I weaved in and out of chattering students. Sunday had past slowly. I still could barely contain my tears at the thought of Chico, my faithful friend for twelve of my fifteen years.
I squished into the "in" crowd. I didn't know whether to consider myself lucky or not to be with the most popular girls in school.
The other girls grudgingly moved over to give me room.
"So I was like, of course!..." Sydney babbled on and pretended not to notice me as I stepped into the circle. I could have been breathing in her face and she wouldn't notice.
"Autumn! Quit breathing in my face!" Okay, maybe she would. Even though I was already three feet away I took a step back.
"So, what's new with you?" Victoria finally asked.
"Nothing..." I whispered uncomfortably. "My dog died."
"Oh Aussie!" Sydney used my "pet" name. "How terrible!"
I knew she didn't mean it.
"I've had my pet hamster die before." One girl said, not to me.
"Oh, Princess Frou Frou was so adorable!" Another chimed in. Also not to me.
"Princess Frou Frou?" I thought. "Who names their pet hamster Princess Frou Frou?"
The other girls walked off to class, once again leaving me behind.

MiloI nibbled at the dry food the humans had given me. I didn't know if I should be grateful or not. I would have gone for a nice mouse any day. I had been cooped up in my stuffy cage for days now. Some times left in complete darkness, other times a bright light sneaked its way into my lonely cage.
I looked up in surprise as the cage door was slowly opened and a hand reached in. I cowered in fear in the far corner. I had lost my trust in humans. I flinched as they wrapped around me. I was surprised to find them gentle and they lifted me gingerly from the ground.
I blinked as my eyes adjusted from the darkness of the cage to the brightly lit room of the pound. I looked up at the lady that held me so carefully. She held me close to her and I started to purr as she stroked my head and brushed her hand along my back.
She was talking to another man.
"She's so cute and gentle." She said to him. I supposed they were talking about me.
"Yeah, she's a beauty alright. We found her in near the park."
They talked on and on. I surveyed my surroundings. Many cages like my own lined the walls. Dogs barked in another room and tasty looking birds chirped in their cages. I looked in sadness at the other cats that had stumbled upon this misfortune. A little Tabby kitten curled up in a corner. A big Persian looked sorrowfully out of his cage.
"I'll take her then." My attention turned back to the humans as the man took me from the lady and placed me in another cage. I wondered what they could be doing to me now.
As my new cage began to move, I wondered where I might be going next. I was glad that this cage was lined with old towels. I curled up in the far back and fell asleep.

That's as far as I've written so far, how do you like it?

Sleepover!!! (Do I already have one with that title?)

I'm at BookBlogger's house. Yesterday me and her and her sister and her mom watched a play. It was really good. Then we watched part of a movie and we hope to finish it today. We just finished their paper route. I was really tired. (And still am.) I had only 2 hours of sleep and I woke up and my hands, one arm, and feet REALLY itched. I couldn't fall asleep because of it. It burned. Some how I fell asleep again. and today my arms and feet don't itch. lucky me. I thought it would last forever.

SnWOW!

It snowed last night! I've been outside all day. First I went outside in the morning after breakfast. (Wearing a t-shirt, a fleece pj shirt, a fleece vest, a hoodie, and a jacket, and a fleece pj pants, AND jeans over that. Then boots, two pairs of socks, fleece slipper socks, and gloves. I was very warm.) I played with the dog in the back field, (LOTS of fun.) then came in for piano lessons, had hot chocolate, then went outside again to play with the neighbors. (No school! Hurrah!) We made a giant snow man that took up nearly a quarter of the day, we even asked their dad to help us push it! The base was nearly as tall as my little sister! when we added the middle and the head it was even taller than me! (By two inches.) We added a hat, (I think we lost it.) a scarf, a carrot nose, rock eyes and mouth, stick arm with mittens, and rock buttons. We named him Buddy, after a little snow ball my friend and her friends made at school that was smashed by the boys. (Grr!) We took some pictures (Which I hope to put up soon.) and then hitched up 2 sleds to the back of the quad. It was SO fun! we would ride behind and go up and down the barn. We even made some jumps to go over. Their dad took the bobcat and dumped a big pile of snow in the path. One sled had holes in it and snow would get in where you sat when you rode in it and some of the snow was slush so we named it Slushie-butt. (He he!:) The worst part was when you went through the muddy slush puddle. You'd get poop water slush in your sled. (Gross, I know.) But it was SO awesome!
Then we came in to dry off and had some more hot chocolate and the neighbors had to go home.

My first hockey game! (And a contest.)

K, lets not leave you with some boring and depressing writing news!

Yesterday, me, my dad, and my little brother (My older brother isn't into sports.) went to a hockey game. It was lots of fun, even though our team lost, 3 to 4. It was a really great game. (Made me want to take Hockey lessons.)

I've always been into sports. At camp, All I did in free time was play soccer with the boys and once in a while another girl would join in.
When we were home schooling with a different school we went to a skating rink. It was split up, one part for free skating, skating lessons, and the boys did hockey at the far end. Last year, I was with the boys, playing hockey till my hearts content. Actually, I was sad when we had to leave.
I used to think basketball was cool, then a boring gym class ruined it for me, but now I love to play it with the next door neighbors.
The only sports I don't like are lacrosse, and foot ball. Although in some places they call soccer foot ball. I believe in some places it's pronounced fooze ball, but I'm not really sure.
Any one else into sports?

Speaking of games, has any one heard of these games?

  • Pizza
  • Ninjas
  • Good guys bad guys
  • Kick the can
  • China wall
  • Head Moose
Okay, the third, I know you've never heard of it. Me and my friends made it up. So much fun. Until...never mind.

Good Guys, Bad Guys:

You need: two hula hoops, skipping ropes or rope, small items (Large rocks, small containers, sand shovels, spoons, etc.), 4 or more players, a big field or yard. (We used the whole yard, backyard and front.)

How to play:
- Place one of the hoops on one side of the yard and the other on the other side. Lay the skipping ropes around on of the hoops in a wide circle. Place the small items inside the hula hoop surrounded by skipping ropes.
- Divide into two equal teams, good guys and bad guys. If there is an unequal number, the bad guys get one extra player. (It is easier for the good guys so it's fair, trust me.)
- The good guys pick one certain item before the game starts and they keep it secret form the other team.
- The bad guys have to get into the skipping rope area, without being tagged by the good guys. If they are tagged, they have to go back to their hula hoop and stay there for 60 sec. If they make it, they then take an item  and have to get it back to their hula hoop with out getting tagged.
- Once they get it back, the good guys tell them if it was the item that they picked or not. If they did not get it, then the game goes on. If they did get it, they win.
- The good guys have to try to tag all the players and if they all are having a time out, the good guys win.

This game is REALLY fun whether you have a large or small group.

*Sigh*

*Sigh* Some times I think I get this SUPER story idea, I start writing it, then I never finish it. Know why?
'Cause I sorta get bored of it and start thinking that it has a stupid plot and no one would ever want to read it. That just happened.
I was going to write a story about this girl and a cat. The girl's dog dies and she's really sad so her parents buy her a cat. At first she hates the cat, but then realizes how the cat may feel. When she puts herself in the cats place, she turns in to one. A cat, I mean. Then it's about her adventures between the human world and the hard life of an alley cat. (Sound weird so far?) I was thinking that there would be a terrible cat taking over their territory and the two groups have a war and she (The girl.) helps out. (In cat form.)
Think it sounds good? Or bad?

And I'm wondering about my Silver Moon stories. I was think of totally editing them (They definetly need it.) but then I wondered, "Is it worth it?" Do you like my storys? I was thinking about editing them all, but then, I wondered if it was worth it to edit a very long story that probably no one likes and I probably wont ever publish. *Big sigh*

I'm about to post some of my writing from the past few years. (So its not all that great.) So you can check it out on my My Big Imagination blog once I'm finished.

First day of school.

To day was the first day of school-this year. Some of you may not know:

I'm home schooled.

Surprised? Or did you already know. (Yes, I know you did bookblogger.) Some times I wish I was in public school, but then I couldn't get off some of it. ;)

Umm... yester day we went to the dike again. I finally got the hang of skipping rocks. My best one skipped three times and went,...about 5 or 6 metres. or more. It was fun. We went with my oma and opa. (You may say grandma and grandpa. or grandmother and grandfather, or some other thing.)

Well, that's about it. I'd better go. See ya!
