Philippians 4:13 kitty

So cute huh? I found the picture and added the words on picnik. This is the favorite verse of one of the sponsors at my junior youth.

Not much has been going on. So I can't say much. It's been sunny and rainy on and off. On sunny days I play with the neighbors. We usually play grounders, home base tag, or basket ball. On rainy days, we sit around.

Yesterday was youth. We played some games, ate a snack, and had a devotion. One game that I really liked was called wall ball. It's to had to explain though.

My pinkie's asleep.

No kidding. I can't feel it. I can bite it and I don't feel nuttin'. My feet are cold too.

We went to my grandparents house. We went to the park nearby, hunted for chocolate eggs, ate YUMMY food, and scared people! (Me and my cousin snuck up on my little sister and cousin, and scared my older brother. :) So fun. We are so ninja. (That's what one guy keeps saying in youth. :P)

How was your good friday? Good? :P

Tiger Pictures!

We got a free Sketchbook App for our Ipad and it's SO COOL!!! I love it! (And it's not even the full version!)
Here are the two pictures I've done so far: (We only got it yesterday)

Cool huh?

This is a stuffed animal tiger.
What do you think? I made these using only my hands. No pencils. No nothing. It's amazing when you think of it. All I used was an Ipad and an App. Wow. Technology is truly sweet. :P XD

Youth and Shoes

Yep, I got three new pairs of shoes today.

Back to the youth part. On Friday we went to this big farm and played games, had smores, hot chocolate, and chips, and hung around! It was so much fun! We had a fire to roast the marshmallows over (Quite a few lit on fire! 0.0 ) What really sucked was that I forgot my glasses. :P I could barely see things. Double :P. We played other games like Fresher (Which I had never played before), and Sardines (Which didn't really turn out right.), while we waited for it to get dark. As soon as it was dark enough we set up the game! It was SO MUCH FUN! It was so fun to sneak across the boarder and go around without being noticed! XD I was chased three times by one of the leaders and she still couldn't catch me. (I was really tricky. *mischievous smile*) Finally on the fourth try she got me. :P I was gloating afterwards.

Scezzle: That took you FOUR times to get me FOUR TIMES!!

He he.

Dragon Pictures

I edited some pictures of toothless. Here they are:

Original Picture

I changed his eyes to white.

The one for my blog. It has white eyes and words.

This one is blue and I added snow! How cool is that?
Isn't it so adorable?

What do you think? I also drew some pictures. Tell me how you like them!

Toothless sketch!

Random Dragon. Abby 'cause its the closest name to albino. :P
SCEZZLE!!! So cute right?

The dragon version! XD
Marthall can be such a grump. BUT HE'S STILL CUTE!
You know Jauz.
And Zak, my new character! He's a cat, not a wolf.

New blog button?

I asked Maddy to make me another button. I was thinking this picture would be nice. What do you think?
It has a transparent background, so it'll always match. :P
Isn't it so cute?! XD
I changed its eyes from yellow to white, I thought it would maybe match better.
Now, Maddy, all you have to do is take this pic and make it into a button!

Last time I tried, I failed. :P

Second Short Story

Well, here it is. I finished it. Tell me what you think.

Spring and Dance

The sun was setting low in the horizon, sending golden rays through the sky. A little girl ran over the lush, grassy hills below. A flowery sun hat sat atop her head, shielded her dark blue eyes from the bright sun. She carried a wild flower in her tiny hand. the only sound was that was heard was the thumping of her small feet and the twittering of birds. She began to twirl to their song, and the long grass danced with her, swishing in the soft breeze. The little girl's pink dress twirled with her as blue birds joined in the song. Her golden curls bounced softly on her shoulders as she skipped. The reflection of the sunset was lost in ripples as the child hopped through them. The sun disappeared behind the hills and its light faded. The birds song quieted and they flew through the air, headed home. The girl also skipped home as her mothers voice rang out. The whisper of the grass was the only hint that it had ever happened.

I used to try and keep a journal. After 2 and a half, I quit. I hated it. I wrote something, then it would seem boring or selfish. My mom burned one of her journals. Used it as a fire starter. Ha ha.
Now, I find, that writing journals are much more fun and useful. So far, I've started one. It has cats on it and it's missing quite a few pages. But that's okay. I have a million more notebooks in a drawer. ;)

It snowed this morning. A little. Then it melted. I wish it were sunny again. It has been on and off for the past week or so.

Short Stories

I have wrote two stories with no talking, and no plot. Instead, I was practicing describing things without boring the reader. I'm only posting one, cause I'm still editing the other. Tell me how I did:

Silent Night
(This has nothing to do with Christmas.)

A full Moon hung high above the forest, it's ghostly light playing over the tree tops. The only sound that was heard was the soft whisper of the trees. Suddenly there was a rush of wings and a scurry of paws as an owl found its midnight snack.
After an eerie hoot, all was still again. Stars sang a silent song as they twinkled overhead. The purest snow began to  fall steadily from the black sky. A chilly wind swept up and the snow swirled around. The trees bent their heads low, their whispers beginning to sound more desperate. The screech of a bat was lost in the moan of the blizzard. The snap of an old tree was barely heard as its long life finally ended, brought down by the threatening winds. A raging river leaped over the rocks, spraying freezing water into the biting air.
As suddenly as it started, the storm ceased. The wind died to a faint whisper and the trees stood tall and proud. The river flowed smoothly, running gently along the shores. A mournful howl pierced the frosty air as a wolf continued its lonely journey.

I'll post the other one as soon as I finish it.

Two days ago, sunday that was, we watched the 4th (1st, for you old timers;) star wars movie: A New Hope. Atleast, I think that's what it's called. Out of the first four that I've watched so far, I like the fourth best. That's about it. I hope we can watch the 5th (2nd) tonight.

May the Force be with you. :P :)

There are two great stuff about this post...

  1. This is my 100th post,
  2. TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YEAH! Today is my birthday! I'm now thirteen!..... -_- ......I guess I need to change my profile.
I had a birthday sleep over from yesterday to today! I got:
  1. A Soccer ball (Which was much needed.)
  2. a white board and markers (To put in my room!!!)
  3. Candy (A lollipop and chocolate eggs)
  4. Megamind movie
  5. a stuffed dog (I called him Bunnie)
  6. Appaloosy (By MattieR)
  7. Pop
  8. $10
  9. I HOPE I'M NOT MISSING ANYTHING...
I think that's it. I had lots of fun! We watched Megamind (Such a funny movie) and How to Train Your Dragon (One of the best movies EVER!)I don't think Hiccup should've lost his leg (Sorry, am I spoiling the story for some of you?), but, ironically, It would've felt more right to me if Toothless died....weird, I know.
And guess what. My hair caught on fire. When I tried to blow out the candles. Only for a split second. No harm done. i still have my whole head of hair. You can't even tell that it ever caught fire.
Anyways--

Today is also the day that I post my 100th post! Hurray!

Zagum: 100th post? That's it? Why couldn't it be, like, some holiday or somethin'?
Scezzle: It's my birthday too.
Mimor: Yeah! 100th post!
Scezzle: -_-" Doesn't any one notice it's my birthday?...
Rosery: 100! 100! 100! Yeah!
Marthall: *mutters something*
Scezzle: ................. -_-.......zzZZzzZZzzZZz...
Mimor: *blinks* I thought there were two great things about this post.
Zagum: Well the 100th post is so good that it's worth two great things!
Scezzle: ARG!!!
Marthall: *tilts head in confusion* I already said happy birthday.
Scezzle: THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!!

Why Does This Taste Like Bubblegum?

Yesterday at youth we had doughnuts. One guy sat down with his doughnut. He said: "Why does this taste like bubblegum?" We're like "What?!" He's like looking at his doughnut "No seriously, this tastes like bubblegum." Then our leaders tell us that we can have thirds "First come, first serve!" I grab the one that apparently tastes like bubblegum and sit down. I take a bite "Woh. This does taste like bubblegum! No seriously! It tastes like bubblegum. The other guy's like "I told you! I told you and you didn't believe me!" It seriously tasted like bubblegum! Like the cheap double bubble! It was so strange! Now when we play 'I Have' (The opposite version of 'I've Never') I'll say "I have ate a bubblegum flavored doughnut." The only people still sitting will be Julian and Kevin!

Guess what today is!!! It's my birthday! Okay, my birthday party. My true birthday is tomorrow. Today I'm having a party with Maddy, a friend from church, and two of the neighbor girls! It's a sleep over.  I can't wait!
Thirteen, HERE I COME!!!
(I'm going to be a teenager! Eek!)

Groundhog!

For some reason when I think of groundhogs when I think of the game Grounders-which, by the way, is lots of fun. I'm assuming you know how to play it. Today, me, my younger brother and sister, and the two neighbors next door played Grounders on the play ground thing in our backyard. (It's not actually a play ground, but it has a swing and a fort) We also used the deck! It's so fun if you have enough people. I wish my older brother would've played.

Four more days 'till that special day! Want me to tell you what it is?

Church is to long...

By the end of it I'm always STARVING HALF TO DEATH!!! I only make it through once in a while because the girls in our junior youth get hot chocolate nearly every sunday. This time I had hot chocolate, but I didn't make it. I was a starving grump.

Scezzle *To her little brother*: SET THE TABLE!!! I'M STARVING!!! THIS ISN'T THE TIME TO PRACTICE PIANO!!! GET UPSTAIRS!!! BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH...etc.

I'm still into this One Year Adventure Novel thing. I found a really good story called Kytt's Tale, By Carlie Gernhart. She also had one of her other books published called Fableweaver.
I found some REALLY helpfull writing tips on the OYAN blog. Check them out!

Right now it's raining. Wow. What else is new?

I know! Guess what's coming up next week! You'll never guess. (Yes Maddy, I know that you know.)

Gymnastics

Yesterday my junior youth went to a gymnastics gym. It was lots of fun! I hadn't been there for years, but not much had changed--except that I couldn't do alot of things I used to do. :)

First we ran 5 laps around the gym, then did stretches. Then we played a small game of soccer. After that we split up into 3 groups; one went to the tramp and bars, the other went to the rings and this..jumping thingy, the last went to the bars and floors. Then we switched, and switched again. Then we had free time!!! SO FUN!!!
My favorite things were the foam pit, tranp, and the...jumping thingy. (You'd run, jump on to a bouncy thing, jump onto a small tramp, and onto this platform thing (I know all the special words) then I'd do a flip off into the foam pit!) I did my first:
  1. back flip (Without the help of a coach or bungee cords)
  2. Front flip landing on my feet. (I used to always land on my bum)
  3. And I think I did another 'first something'.

Anyways, that was alot of fun. Ias very happy to hop in the shower at home. I felt so dirty and sweaty. :)

Now I have this weird sore on my foot that showed up after gymnastics. It's sort of like my toe was rubbing really hard against the other and made a blister or something. Weird.

I have a slight cold, which is really annoying, because I have to blow my nose every few minutes. If you'll excuse me, I need to find a Kleenex right now.

I WON A HUNDRED BUCKS!!!

April fools. Did you know I was joking?

Yesterday was lots of fun. Me and my siblings played Mantracker. It was so fun we played two rounds! Here's how to play:

ManTracker

You need: A large property, and 3 or more friends.

1 One person is chosen to be the tracker, the rest are prey. If you have lots of people, you can set more than one tracker.

2 the Prey set a far away place were they have to get to without being caught.

3 The prey then get a 15+ second to run. No one is aloud any bikes, horses, or motor bikes, unless you decide different.

The winners are the ones that get to the finish without being caught.
It's so fun! You have got to try it some time!

When my mom was in bible school she played mantracker (The show wasn't out at the time so they called it  different) with other people in the city. They had to get from one end of town to the other. And the trackers were in cars! If you got caught you had to get in the car with the person and try to help them catch more!

I changed my blog, but I didn't like it so I changed it back.
