April Fools Jokes

I have to say, my least favorite holiday is April Fools, especially when the joke's on me. But here are some harmless pranks:

Never ending toilet paper roll:
Most people spin the toilet paper roll to find the end. Now they'll never find it!

You need: A Glue stick, toilet paper roll

1 take your toilet paper roll and find the end
2 glue the end down
3 test it

Do you have any duck food?:
Do you have any duck food? People get careless answering the same question a million times.

You need: A sibling or friend, a mouth.

1 Ask your sibling/friend "Do you have any duck food?" (If they say yes, tell them that bread isn't duck food. If they really have duck food, then ask something different.)
2 continue until they just answer "No." carelessly.
3 then ask "Are you smart?" Chances are, they'll answer "No."

Any pranks that you girls have done before?

So Full...*Content Smile*

I made french toast again this morning. Making them made me wish Maddy were here with me. *sigh* Last time I made them was with Maddy when she and her older brother came for a sleep over. I think my french toast turned out pretty well, if I do say so myself. :) I did look a little dark (Hey Maddy: It's all for the camera!:) Private joke)...but it tasted alright right.

I've started to read the Warrior Cats series, they're really good. Although I'm still not sure what I think about StarClan... So far I've only read one, but I have about 20 waiting in my room for me to read.  I requested all of them from the library. :) I love the library. You can find great boo--EEW! There's this little hairy spider climbing up the wall! Excuse me while I squish it...*Squish, squash, plop, flush! Sits down again* Okay, I didn't flush it down the toilet. (The garbage can was closer.) Hey, that reminds me of a song!*Singing* We will, we will, flush you down the toilet, hope you enjoy it! Blah, blah blah, blah blah. (That is not part of the song)
Back to the book subject:
I also got the 3rd book from the left behind: The kids series. And I got the first book from the Starligh Animal Rescue series. AND I found a Legend of Zelda book the Ocarina of Time: part one manga book. AND (Yes, again) I found two kingdom hearts manga books. YEAH KINGDOM HEARTS! The first is just called Kingdom hearts, the other one is Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. (Same as my video game!) The one thing that sucks is that all three, Zelda, and both Kingdom Hearts, to finish the story, you need the sequel! Shucks, it sucks. Am I boring you?

Question: What's the worst movie you ever did see?

1, 2, 3....4!

That's right! A fourth lamb was born just recently! So cute!
The weak lamb is looking good. S/he's up and about. I'm sure it's going to live.

My mom has been thinking of buying me One Year Adventure Novel for writing next year. It's so cool! I can't wait till next year! The One Year Novel helps you write a book that may be publish worthy. You can enter the story you wrote at the end of the year in a contest and it will be put on the website. I read one of the semi finalists and found it really good. It's called Raven, by Amber Schwilling. It's really cool and filled with magic. (That some of you may not agree with.) I love it. Why not check it out? There are even more stories at the One Year Adventure Novel website that you can read. Just click HERE.

How are you girls enjoying spring break? Some of you may not have it, I don't. We're hoping to finish school work early. I'm working on a Keynote presentation on the early civilizations for S.S. I'm way ahead in science, apparently. Covered most of the topics I think. How's school going for you girls? (At least, when you are doing school.)

Short Up-date

Three sheep were born on sunday! They are SO ADORABLE!!! One might die though. It's not moving much. It's breathing and all, but it just lies on the ground in the sheep barn. I'm so glad that I don't have to feed them as well.

By the way Mattie,
I got you Dusty's Trail book a few days ago! I'm sorry I didn't let you know sooner. I read it already too! It's really good! Thanks for the book!

I hope you girls have a great week!

First day of work

Today was the first day of the next week and a half of taking care of the animals. It went well this morning. It was actually sunny at three o'clock when I went out to feed the horses and let the dogs out. The cat, Skylar, might have kittens soon-preferably when I'm not in charge- and the sheep might have lambs soon too. Same feeling for them.

Me: Hey, could you wait a while?
Sheep: Baa?

Did I ever mention that sheep are utterly stupid? If you've ever had sheep, you'll know what I'm talking about. It was funny, on Sunday the pastor was talking about how Jesus calls himself our shepherd and us his sheep. We could consider that an insult. The preacher said some thing like: "When I was younger our family bought sheep hoping they'd be good pets-they weren't. We thought they would be a good job opportunity-thankfully-they weren't."
Me and my mom were laughing, for we know first hand how stupid sheep are. So when God calls us his sheep, you might take it like this: "I'm not THAT stupid!"

Ahhh... nature. Smushed frogs in the driveway, left over boiled worms in the puddle, and a farting horse in the stall. Lovely.

Boiling Worms...

Okay, lets start from the begining. Today I went out side in the morning because I'm going to take care of the animals for a week and a half. The neighbor showed me what to do. It was really nice in the morning. There was a bird in the trees, singing its beautiful song. The cat was hiding from me. The horses were peeking out of their stalls. It was really nice.
Later I went back outside to play with the neighbor girl. First we played with the dogs, then soon we started making a river from a big puddle to a drain pipe. Or what ever it's called. We damed it up and added a bridge. Which Dudley (The dog) stupidly stepped on. He's not the brightest dog in the world. Then we played in the flooded paddocks, making rivers, washing away worm citys. Then we collected more worms. Big worms, small worms, skinny worms, fat worms. We tossed them in a bucket and added cold water. We stirred them around, drained the water, dumped them out, lost a few. Then we wanted to fry them just for fun, but we didn't have any fire or any thing to cook them with. Hey, it's not like we were planning on eating them, we just wanted to burn some thing. (Sounds like a boy thing, I know) So instead we added some hot water. Like, really hot. We boiled them. It was gross. They were steaming when we took them out. Gross. My friend took one out and cut it in half. Then I squished its's gutts out by mistake! EWW!!! It could have been dirt, but it was gross. *shivers* Yuck. I'm going to be dreaming about worms tonight. I have this picture of gutts oozing out of half a worm in my head. Not pretty. After a shower I felt so clean...hmm... :)

Fridays are so busy

Yesterday after friday classes we went to my oa and opas house for lunch. Then me and my mom went to one of my new friend's house. My little sister had already left with them from friday classes and stayed for lunch. (Does that sentence make sense?) We, me, my new friend, my little sister, and her friend, had lots of fun. We played Kerplunk, jumped around, did crazy stuff, went out side, got our pants wet, jumped on the trampoline, played make believe doctor, and ate popcorn! (With juice) After that we picked up the boys (Who had stayed at oma and opa's) and I went to Maddys, and her bro came to our house. Me and Maddy hung around at first, then had dinner, and went to junior youth. (Where we played games, ate AWESOME brownies, and had devotions.) THEN, (Surprise, surprise!) my mom actually ASKED if we wanted a sleep over. Of course, our answer was yes. My mom had already packed my clothes in case I stayed at Maddy's house. (Isn't that so nice of her?) Maddy ended up coming to our house to stay over night. (First we stopped off at her house so her and her brother could get their stuff.) As soon as we got home I was sleep walking through the door. I was SOOOO TIRED!!!
Then, this morning, me and Maddy made French Toast together! It was lots of fun! We took some pictures of the stuff we made for Maddy's baking blog. (Link is on the side bar, 'Bakers Corner') When her dad came to pick her and her brother up we sneaked outside to soak our runners in the puddles. (Oops! I guess we sort of got carried away. :) Any way, I had lots of fun. I can't wait to do it again! (Next time bring boots Maddy!:)

About skiing...

It was canceled because of a chance of bad weather. I don't mind though. I would have probably been to tired anyways. Zzz...

I will try to post my pictures soon. I warn you though, Midnights legs are bad and I messed up on the red markings on Scar's face. Blue and Star are fine though.

It's raining,
The phone is ringing,
Our teacher's here, (From the school that we homeschool with.)
That's about it.

YEAH!!!

 What's so 'YEAHish?'

Piano lessons, that's not all that great. :}

I got some yummy cookies, that's 'YEAHish', but that's not what I'm talking about.

What am I talking about?

I got a new follower! That's what so 'YEAHish'! I love new followers! Thank you Rose for following!

I'm starting to like my new word: 'YEAHish'.

I drew more cat pictures! I'm getting so obsessed with drawing cats. Let me introduce my cats to you:

First, there's Midnight. She is easily exited and always happy. But her legs are a little wonky though. She's black with white markings and a long fluffy tail. Her eyes have technically no color, but you could conciser them grey.

Then, there's Scarfire. This guy's cool. He has a short tail too! He's black with red markings. He has red eyes. (Creepy! Just kidding Scar. ;) He is the only cat so far with a short tail. I think he's sort of like a Japanese Bobtail or a Manx. I'll have to ask...

Next I drew Star. She's pretty cool too. She's white with a blueish tinge to her coat. She has pretty big ears compared to the rest of the cats, but It's not very noticeable.

Last but not least, there's Blue. Guess what! He's not blue! He's a grey cat with green eyes. He just has a normal tail.

I don't know whether I like Star or Blue better. Maybe I'll use my cats in a story? (Is my introduction boring? No really.)

I'm going skiing tomorrow again! I'm going with that friend of mine that i went with the last time.

Guess what? I'M POSTING!!!

Honourable Mention

I earned an honorable mention in BookBloggers: Cookies & Bars contest! Thanks! (I entered a recipe for Ranger Cookies. You can check them out on my My Big Imagination blog.)

I drew some cat pictures that I want to put up, but I'm not sure I'll be able to. Out of all the things that there is to draw, I think I like drawing cats best. I'm better at drawing them than dogs. I did draw a funny picture of a sad looking Bloodhound, but I don't think that I'll be able to put that up either. I'll see what I can do.

I posted one story that I'm working on on my My Big Imagination blog. It's about the Pony Express in the 1860's. I'd love it if you'd stop by to read it!

Yesterday my second cousin, the 10 year old he did, got baptized. And-BOY- was yesterday busy? We left the house at 9:09 and went to church.  Right after church we went to my oma and opa's for lunch. We stayed a while, then right after that, we went to my other oma's house for dinner. We stayed a little while, then went right after that to church again for a baptismal service. Finally we went home and got there some time after after 9:11. We were out of the house for over 12 hours! I was SO tired. -.- zzz

Well, thats about it! See y'all!

I HAVEN'T POSTED FOR A WEEK!!!

Wow. Pretty long. Sort of.

Not much has been happening though. I vacuumed and mopped* the kitchen and upstairs bathroom and earned two bucks.
A few minutes ago there was, yet, another beautiful sunset.

Yesterday me and Maddy went disco bowling with my youth group. It was lots of fun! First we met in the gym and played soccer for an about half an hour, then went outside to the bus, found out it wasn't working, went back inside, played some more games, got on the now-working bus, and drove to the bowling alley where we had lots of fun. I remembered to wear white! (Do any of you love black lights? (That's what they're called right?) I love black lights. They're so cool!) I did OK...I did get a strike on my first try. But three times I threw the ball before it had reset the pins! It still hit though.

Tonight I think we're having Pizza, but I'm not entirely sure. What's your favorite kind of pizza? I like pepperoni.

* Mopped: cleaned a hard floor with a cleaning rag* instead of a mop.
*Cleaning rag: cut up old sheet.
