Hyea...

Sheesh. Titles.

Yesterday our whole family went clothes shopping and I got some awesome T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and...I think that's it. There was this REALLY cute top (I thought I'd never say those words. I never was the girl that loved to go clothes shopping.) and I REALLY wanted to get it, but my mom wouldn't let me. It was a thin white top with a really cute ruffle at the shoulders. My mom said it was to fancy, that I'd never wear it, that I looked like I had wings from the back. And I was thinking: "But wings are cool!" Heh. I didn't say that out loud of course, or she'd think I was losing it. :P *sighs* But it was so cute. I even tried to convince her that I could wear it for Christmas (Cause by Christmas we are frantically shopping for something for me to wear.) But she wouldn't have it. :( Shucks, it sucks.

When we were shopping we met some friends from church. One of  the asked her sister as she pointed to a pair of yellow shorts: "How about those? Then you'd look like a banana!"

Today at church there were some friends that had left for Paraguay about two years ago. I got so exited. Although I didn't show it, except that I grinned every once in a while, when I remembered one time...
My friends younger brother kept coming into her room and she got so annoyed that she threatened to put make up on his face the next time he came in. Well, he came in and we held him down on her bed. She took out some lipstick and was putting it on him when *chuckle* he wiggled so much that she got some up his nose. *laughs* It was so funny!

Just a little while ago I was putting something in the trash in the barn and I heard something up in the hayloft. I went to take a look and found a little falcon! It was trying to get out and it would swoop around the barn and fly into the window. So I called the neighbors and they came to get it out. My dad ended up catching it in a towel when it was trying to get out a corner (What was it thinking?). He carried it out and let it fly away! It was really cool! I got some pictures of it that I'll put up later.

Uh...Hi?

My mom helped me with those questions for OYAN. They don't mean this character specifically, just any character that I might use.I like what I have so far, but I can't wait to get started on the actual story.

Last night we watched True Grit. It was good. I especially liked Maddy's smart remarks. The ony thing I didn't like was the ending. It wasn't exactly sad, I think I found it a bit more to the side of disappointing. Other than that, it was a great movie and I'd like to watch it again. Maybe.

Last time just my dad and my older brother watched it and we watched Sound of Music. I'd only watched part of it years ago. It was really good. But the love scene was the most sickening one I've ever watched! (Kay, maybe not.) It was gross. Next time I watch it I think I'll fast forward it. Wait, no, I will.  I like how in the end the nuns take wires and stuff from the polices cars. That was so funny.

Scanning Cheerio...

Me and my brother scanned a cheerio yesterday... It turned out pretty good. And we scanned his hand too. Not like we saved it at all or anything.

How come you peoples don't like ninjas? Ninjas are awesome! Doughnuts are cool to though...
Oh! Those bubble gum doughnuts, I had one again last week, and I figured out what flavor they're supposed to be: banana. They're supposed to be banana, but they taste like dollar store bubble gum. Go figure.

I have some more drawings, but I can't scan the mat the moment, so maybe tomorrow. *rolls eyes* You must be so disappointed.

I started the first lesson of OYAN just a few minutes ago. I am so frustrated. I have no story whatsoever and they wanted to know what I could see my character doing, and a few thing I already know about my hero. I know nothing about my character. I don't even have a character! Much less a plot. The only things I've figured out so far is that it has to be a 'Heroic Quest' plot type and its a girl. That's it. And I know I want my character to be 13 to 15. No younger no older. I even don't know what genre it's going to be. Urg.
I'm thinking maybe I will do Howl of the Silver Moon this year. I still have a whole summer to think about it though.

So, I finished Waterfall a few days ago, and today when I was at Maddy's house i read the first chapter of the second book, Cascade. Then just now I found a book trailer for it. And now I can't stand it!!! Maddy's going away for a month and she's taking the book with her, so I can't borrow it till next month! And longer! I can't stand the suspense...
